Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°.
  2. Grease square pan, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches.
  3. Blend all ingredients about 20 seconds.
  4. Beat vigorously 1 minute.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

*If using self-rising flour, decrease baking powder to 2 teaspoons and omit salt.
